This is the link to the annotated list of Web Comics Creation Tools that EduPunker Kate Hagerty built for the Web Comics Con. Our afternoon panel was terrific, plus our first presenter had a few technical glitches, so Kate graciously cancelled her session to make more time for the panelists. Many thanks to Kate! But I also know that some of those in attendance really wanted to hear her presentation. So here it is, and I know she will welcome comments!
